CityBeach
Apartments
The
CityBeach Apartments
are ideal for international students
studying in Adelaide.
Only 3 km south west of the Adelaide city
centre and central business district. The fully
furnished CityBeach Apartments are conveniently
located at 133 Anzac Highway, Kurralta Park.
10 minutes by public transport from the
University of Adelaide and UniSA city campuses
(see map)
and en route to Flinders University and
colleges at Regency Park.
Anzac Highway is a main arterial road
from the city to Glenelg Beach. There are
many frequent public bus routes that travel
along Anzac Highway to the Adelaide city
centre and to Adelaide's most popular
metropolitan tourist beach at Glenelg. Buses travelling to the
city pass the Adelaide Central Market and
Adelaide's China Town area in Grote Street.
The Adelaide Central Market is an ideal
location for all your fresh food shopping
needs.
There is also a major shopping centre
located just 300 metres from the CityBeach
Apartments complex. The shopping centre
includes a supermarket and K-Mart department
store. You will find the location of the
CityBeach Apartments extremely convenient to
everything.
CityBeach Apartments are
modern, clean and affordable. Apartment
prices range from AU$170 to AU$195 per week
per apartment. Each apartment comprises 2
bedrooms, an open plan living area,
self-contained kitchen, private bathroom and
toilet. Apartments generally include
built-in wardrobes, a double bed, single
bed, desks, sofa, colour TV, dining table
and chairs, refrigerator and vacuum cleaner
etc. Linen is not included. ADSL internet
access is available. There are 2 on-site
commercial laundries which include coin
operated washing machines and clothes
dryers.
The usual minimum tenancy or
lease term is 12 months. A minimum 6
month lease term may be considered in some

Many overseas students live
at the CityBeach Apartments. They are very happy
at the CityBeach Apartments because the
apartments are clean, tidy and not
expensive. Apartments are especially
affordable when two
people share the weekly rental and utility
costs.
The quality and quantity of
furniture included with the apartment will
determine the weekly rent you pay.
Apartments furnished with the newest
modern furniture rent for a higher amount
than apartments with older furnishings.

the cost of electricity you consume and

Before you move into your apartment you
will be required to pay (in cash or cleared

CityBeach Apartments are always in high

when many thousands of international
